Location, value.

The heater is not working. The room still has a “new” smell, possibly from chemicals, lingering paint, or new furniture, and it doesn’t smell nice. The WiFi is also inconsistent.. more often than not, it fails to work or connect.

The staff at the front desk and housekeeping have always left a great impression on me they're accommodating, warm, and friendly. As a frequent customer, I've grown fond of the people, which is why I often extend my stay. And let's be real, the breakfast is a major perk 😊!

Staff are very helpful with a smile.

Breakfast could be more choices, shower curtain need replacement, it was short, so water goes out and t.v. hard to use.

The breakfast selection was okay and the location/restaurant was just fine. The ambiance is conducive to a morning break. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and approachable. I will surely book again and recommend this to my friends.

Wearing of pajamas during breakfast should be discouraged. At least two (2) bottles of complimentary water per room, please. Immediate refill of food during breakfast is highly recommended.
