The staff were very nice and the room was cleaned daily. They supplied a fresh towel daily, soap and shampoo when needed. Also there was a water cooler in the lobby.

I was on the ground level by the garden and I found 2 dead cockroaches in my room and one that was alive.

Extremely nice and helpful front desk staff. Room was large and comfortable, good wifi, good air conditioning. Parking was convenient. Not right in the center but walking distance ~20 minutes or so to everything. There is a friendly dog in the back.

They forgot to put toilet paper in my room lol. It wasn't a big deal, I had just been camping so I had my own anyway. That was obviously just an accident though and I'm sure they would've fixed it if I said anything, everything else was great and they were super friendly.

Location close to the center in a calm area, good private parking for the cars, coffee and water for free

No window in the room, shower splashing everywhere, noisy cause room was next to the reception and in front of the hall. I would definitely not come back again

great value for money, good location (15 minutes walk from the centro historico). we were able to check in early and leave our luggages all day when we checked out. we had a night bus and we were able to stay at the reception using the wifi and the bathroom. the hotel ordered us a taxi also. clean room, good aircon, like everywhere in Mexico the pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing but we had hot water. amazing staff, and nice little bakery just around the corner. it was safe to walk at night also.

the beds are comfortable and the shower is hot and runs good

we found a dead salamander, the toilet seat was missing and there was a lot of noise during the night
