I had a great stay at this apartment in Carrara. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to the city center, shops, and restaurants, and also a great base for exploring nearby attractions like the marble quarries and the coast. The apartment was quiet and cozy, with all the essentials provided. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Carrara, whether for a short or long

The street where the property is located is dark and looks dangerous, especially at night. The entrance is old and scary, a sort of basement with high humidity. When I got into the room, I found out it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed sheets were dirty. The toilet hadn’t been sanitised. I called the owner to find a solution. The only solution the owner could find was to send me to another apartment. We were tired and it was very late, so we accepted. The new flat was located in a completely different town. It took 15 minutes by car to reach it. Moreover, the new apartment was smaller and its position was worse than the original one. The owner sent me a refund of 20€, which was ridiculous given the experience we had to go through.
