It was quiet. There was a shop in the neighborhood.

We were received in the dark with little direction on where to go. Then there was no water in the room to drink. It was late and we had a long flight. She did not ask us about the flight or if we needed anything. She only told us we had to be quiet because of other guests. The room is very, very small and dark. It is a 15-30 min ride to the center of the Medina. We did not hear from the woman who runs the place for 3 days. When she asked us how it was, and we told honestly what we experienced, she had no empathy and became argumentative. We decided to leave 2 days early.

Nawal was a superberb host, she contacted us before arrival and welcomed us when we got to the Riad. The room was very clean with nice comfortable beds. Nice place to stay with pool access and private secure parking. There are also few shops and restaurants close by. Definitely would stay again.

The hospitality, cleanliness, security, the owner was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it for families, couples and even if you on your own it’s near to everything We had a fantastic time and experience.

The hostess was very nice and welcoming, the place is clean and equipped with what one might need for a night crash.

I like to swim and I booked there because it has a swimming pool, it closes however on Friday which was a day of my two day trip.

It was a great place to stay and also the host was amazing

The house is super cosy, it is situated in a gated community and feels very safe. the terrace is amazing!! definitely was our favourite spot. But the most outstanding is Nawal, she is a great host, helped us with *everything*, we felt like she was our family member watching out for us and caring for us. If we ever return, we will return to the same Riad for sure :)

A very attentive and nice host in every respect. A central location, at walking distance from the old town. Good, comfortable accommodation in a traditional style.

Noelle the owner is an amazing person and host, traveling alone with two small children can be stressful but Noelle made our stay very comfortable and she was attending to any need offering help both with the kids as well as guidance and tips about Marrakesh. I would stay with her again in a heart beat. plus the location is very nice with being able to walk downtown and with convenient stores around the corner.
