Male Room Sharing

I booked it for our driver who drove us from the province. Upon checkin, they asked us 75 pesos (non refundable) and 300 pesos (refundable) however upon checkout, they didnt give back the 300 pesos. The staff said they will just send via gcash but they didnt send it. They only gave it back after I told them I will complain if they will not give it back. Just so the driver is not complaining, doesnt mean you will take advantage of the person

There’s a pool in the building and security is good

There were cockroaches throughout the apartment. The shower didn’t have hot water and was broken so the water pressure was horrid. Random people kept entering the apartment all day - I believe 5 different people entered and grabbed things while I was there, none of which were actually staying in the apartment but all had the code to enter the front door. It’s cheap but honestly not worth it! You can find something better

The people I shared the room with are nice people

long time of waiting to have access in the property and the room provided at first was not clean, laundry bags everywhere, cockroach on the floor and in the cabinet, after i complained my husband has been moved out to another room which matches the picture posted in booking but he was advised to move back again to the room where he was at the beginning. after few hours someone just woke him up to pay the extra charges for electricity/water and the key deposit it would have been appreciated if they let him sleep first since i told the person that he need the place to sleep cause he will be up the whole night. 2nd day they woke him up again to move into another room because someone booked where he is staying and we just discovered that the room where he is transferred to is a room sharing but i would say it was "LAUNDRY ROOM" because laundry bags are everywhere and blankets and bed sheets are hang in other beds and the lady who does the washing goes in and out of the room to do the laundry. the owner/person incharged said that it is normal because it's a sharing room and i told her that i would understand if the guest of the same room will do the laundry but the owner? i would not understand. i told her that we paid the right amount posted in booking but if they said that my husband will be sleeping in the laundry room i would have not opted for this establishment.
