No toiletries... Hand wash wasn't refilled.... No soap or shower gels. Though we booked for 4 only 2 coffee mugs were provided. Opening the property was a tedious task. Keys weren't easy...
AUHow cosy it was, felt more spacious than it looks in the photos and was the perfect size for a group of four.
GBGBIt was very clean and most of the apartment was furnished with good quality appliances etc.
Our main concern is it was booked for 4 adults (there are no children allowed). We were astonished to see that the sofa bed for the second couple was in the bedroom with the first couple! We had to borrow an airbed because I don’t know any normal circumstances where 2 couples would be staying in the same room. I paid a lot of money to sleep on an airbed, not what I expected or needed at my age. The tv had a very bad reception, there were no plugs by mirrors to use hair dryers etc and there were no blinds on a window downstairs and the bathroom. In daylight I found the bathroom was not overlooked, but you don’t know that when you arrive in the dark. I messaged the company first thing the next day (via booking.com)but have not had a response.
GBThe property was lovely, super comfy/cozy, the security was reassuring! The location was perfect(max 10 minute walk from York st John University). The Welcome folder was super helpful too. Will be staying here again(if available) when I come back.

GBIt was lovely and clean. Perfect distance from everything. The beds were fantastic, nice and comfy and I loved the little kitchen that had everything available for us to make food.
It was advertised as having streaming services but there were non. The Netflix button on the remote did nothing & you had to sign up to Roku TV to connect the TV to WiFi so couldn't cast anything either. There were also builders there for the first 4 days so it wasn't very quiet & private. The cleaners also arrived a day too early & walked in on us.
