Neatness and presentation of the complex was exceptional

Shower in the bath.

Firstly Renate the reception lady was so very welcoming . On arrival opening our door we got a surprise, my daughter was so surprised and loved it, we appreciate welcoming us like that THANK YOU . We loved the garden scenic outside our door . The son loved the playground but, most of all we loved the pool area. Ooh the rabbit and frogs was the best thing ever it made my 5 year old son talking non stop about it. We are definitely coming back and bringing all our siblings. the best view and everyone was so friendly. Thank you so much for an amazing weekend away .

nice place ;; like the pool and tennis court also the braai areas as each unit had their own braai facilities maybe the fridge in the rooms could have been a bit bigger

Great location very secure peaceful ☺️ and beautiful environment for both children and adults 👌🏾I also loved it that it was just right opposite my Kingdom Hall for Jw.org🙏🏾👌🏾

The floor drains in the bathroom the water kept flowing in the all bathroom area ..build a small edge between & toilet to prevent water from flowing everywhere in the bathroom

The lady at the front desk was amazing and friendly. The facilities are perfect for a family and the pool area is stunning.

The location was good though the road was a bit noisy but it was peak season traffic. Having a carport for vehicles and tight security was real bonus for tourists. The resort was clean and tidy. It was also lovely having braai facility with wood available for purchase.

Please provide airconditioning in rooms or fans that are quiet.

When we arrived at the lodge they were not aware of the booking and had to find alternative accommodation. Waiting for refund of my payment I made.
