Clean rooms

Reception was not very helpful on checkin.not sure if it was the fact that they work on new years eve.we traveled with kids and expected more for the price.the 5 sleeper was spacious and clean.the 2 sleeper was a unit divided into two sections separated by a door.and when the neighbour's move in you can hear every word and if they early risers u up at 6am as well.i would say it is a couples getaway if they want some quiet.but get ur own unit.

Facility was clean and pleasant. Very spacious.

Chalet was not ready at booking in time altho we could utilise the pool area while waiting. At reception we were not prioritised. Person who came in after me was accommodated with queries....similar to mine while I was waiting to be sorted. A remote is needed at the gate. Had data on my phone but had to get airtime to open the gate. No control at the pool because rules at the pool were not adhered to.
