Nothing Picture overrated and makes the lodge look more exclusive than what it is

Noisy neighbors and when I wanted to speak to someone at reception to move my room .........reception have already left and there was no one to assist in my request......Very unprofessional....Rooms are old and need a revamp.

The location and layout were convenient and provided a relaxing environment.

There was no breakfast offered/provided for this booking. I booked and paid for dinner (no meal choices provided) ahead of time, however, the food was already in the room by the time of arrival. It had clearly been there a long time and most of the meal could not be eaten. However, eating some of the chicken caused quite an unpleasant reaction. I did complain to reception. This practice is a safety hazzard and better care should be taken when preparing food.

Very noisy as visitors played loud music.

Units cleaned daily plus clean towels. Staff very friendly and helpful.

More cutlery and cups and plates

The Beds are very uncomfortable. The facility doesn't look like a get away more like you entering a boarding school.
