Ideal location and nice view Brilliant aircon- effective but also nice and quiet. Staff friendly after initial arrival Mosquito net around bed is handy, plenty of space in room and complimentary water. Shower, bed, cleaning all fine. Nicely decorated.

Felt the reception on arrival could have been better, didn't seem to know that they can accept visa card payment even though it's stated on the details of the place. For a moment I honestly thought I was going to be chucked out on the street - not that funny for a lone female traveller arriving to a new country late at night tbh. Have to admit it soured me a bit. Apart from that the worst thing for me was probably the noise, room is an echo chamber and amplifier for every noise inside and out, felt like there was no privacy and I was tiptoeing across the room. I'd suggest rugs or curtains/ soft furnishings to soften the sounds at least. Outside street noise was moderate, lot of dogs. No tv, or hair dryer in the room, and breakfast options limited. Personally not a fan of taking shoes off before climbing stairs to the room, though I appreciate it's a local tradition.

Hotel is gorgeous, with classic decor, polished teak flooring, and shuttered windows. The staff and owners were super helpful, and took a lot of time to help us plan our itinerary. The hotel itself is less than five minutes from the stores and restaurants of the busy area.

This former historic home, located within walking distance of virtually everything of note, has been lovingly restored into a beautiful 10 room guesthouse. Everything is spotless and tastefully decorated. There is a pergola-covered outdoor dining area where one can savor a delicious breakfast in the morning or drinks in the evening. The multilingual managers, Caroline and Guillaume, were super friendly and fountains of information on things to do and places to eat. Guillaume even walked down to the nearby riverbank to help us secure a boat ride. Can’t praise the place highly enough!

The service provided by the property was, kind and warm. We enjoyed the common outdoor area, especially in the evening. The accommodation was centrally located to most of the attractions.

Great location very close to main shopping and restaurants all walking distance. Centrally located to all the famous and historical sites. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The best was Caroline who took time to contact me before arriving offering various help and on checking in spend more than 30 minutes providing various advices on how to move about in Luang Prabang, what and where to eat. Many thanks Caroline. The highlight was the sumptuous breakfast of local and French or have both. We had our breakfast there on 3 consecutive days !!! Definitely value for money, Will come again when next in LP.

Beautiful heritage building, beautiful decor. Central to a lot of things, so easy to walk to sights. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Very helpful staff.

The location is great and peaceful, the hotel is very nice and has a great interior design. The staff and the owner are very nice, courteous and helpful. Great place to come back!
