Relax in Kalamata

Absolutely nothing it's so terrible and bad this place i would NEVER STAY THERE AGING !!!!!!!.

It's the worst place ever I would not recommend anyone to stay there. The host is terrible and will not help you with anything and never awser so stay away !!!!! The Air-conditioning is not working and you can not control it by your self it's only the owner that can change the temperature but he only put it on 24-26 degree so it's super hot inside all the time. There are a lot off things inside that is broker and also it's water damage in the bedroom walls so the paint is falling off and start to smell mold. The bedroom is super dark and only have 2 small lights that not help anything and it's many roosters outside the house that sounds all the time so you can never relax and it's so much mosquitos and them can come inside the house in someway. You can not lock the balcony door its broken also the water in the toilet never stop because it's broken. Everything with this apartment it's just terrible and don't fall for the beautiful picture it's just a garbage building.

- awesome location, just 2minutes from the promenade where the ocean is :-) Awesome location! - superclean when I arrived - host called me on their own and asked when I will arrive before I got there to hand me over the key - very new and nice rooms, new kitchen, well sorted, everything was working, well sorted - lots of kitchen appliances - lots of space (only the bathroom sink was very small) - there was always a parking space available on the street - i was able to make the room very dark so i could sleep in the dark even when it was light outside

- The address in my booking.com confirmation was wrong, however the person responsible for the property sent me the correct google maps address via SMS. However I did drive to the wrong location first. I liked that the person called me before arrival and asked me when I would arrive so I already had his number and I could call when I was at the wrong location (5min away) - stove was beeping everytime you put something on it, even though off - water dripping from the ceiling on me while i was sitting on the toilet, when it was humid outside, and when it rained there was a lot of water coming down, so i let the toilet open so that water coming down from the ceiling can flow into the toilet, the water was coming out of the place where the light was installed on the ceiling - the water cold/hot in the bathroom is connected in the wrong way, one first thinks that hot water is not working... (hot was on the right, rather than on the left) - the knob to switch the water in the shower from the manual sprinkler to the fixed installed sprinkler was almost impossible to turn, i always showered the the manual sprinkler :-/ but in the end I found a way to make enough friction with my both hands on the tiny knob to switch it over, but it was almost impossible! - the floor was freezing cold, normally i take off my shoes when going into an apartment, but here i had no chance than to leave my shoes on, because the floor was so freezing cold, no matter how warm i turned on the heating system, which meant that after 2-3 days all the floor was dirty because I was bringing in all the dirt from outside :-/ .. and there was no broom... after 5 days it looked so dirty it was very unpleasant!

Comfortable bed, good location.

Owner is not nice or nice to deal with, he is very rude. Had to argue to get fresh sheets and towels. He won’t let you use the washing machine that’s there. In addition to this the Tv was not working as the remote was missing and he knew but didn’t get it fixed.

The location of the property was good, as well as the clear division between living room and bedroom. The bed and its size was comfortable.

The property backed onto a farm which had roosters. There were a lot of mosquitos in the property, so we had to purchase a repellent. The shower drain was also blocked meaning that the water was filling up to our ankles every time we had a shower. Lastly, the air-cons did not work. We set it to the lowest possible temperature at 19 degrees and it continually blowed out warm air. The room itself was 28 degrees.

Located close to the beach, a very small apartment but perfectly set up with the most modern utilities and facilities.
