The Little Cygnet

Lovely little apartment, the welcome pack was very informative on the history of the place, places to visit, and restaurants to go to in the area. It was clean, comfortable and very inviting. We really enjoyed our stay.

We would have enjoyed it if the TV was connected to the wifi, so we could sign into our Amazon or Netflix accounts to watch more than freeview.

Cleanliness, location, comfortable beds, fixtures and finishing. Really lovely little apartment, this was a pre Christmas get away with my friend and we had a great time relaxing here.

This was an enchanting apartment, so pretty and close to the centre of town. It was warm and cosy and comfortable - the perfect little home from home.

Perfect location. Lovely and warm. Comfy beds. Decor and utensils up to date. Very cosy.

As it is catering for three, it needs another comfy chair in the living area. This could easily fit in front of the cupboard next to the telly. A glass salad bowl and oven dish would be useful too.

The guests upstairs were a bit loud and as the building is beautiful and old so the noise can travel easy through the floor boards

The Little Cygnet is perfect for a getaway. The location is very near to the train station and there are lots of pubs, food places and shops located nearby. We were attending Healfest at the West Mids showground which was 7 minutes away by Uber so ideal if you're attending something there. The hosts checked in on us throughout our stay which was nice and promptly responded to queries. The accommodation is fully equipped with all the necessary items including an iron which we needed and a fully equipped kitchen. We'd definitely stay here again.

We liked the cleanliness, the location, the quietness, the welcome pack of food, the little touch of an umbrella and the information on how to use things. The matrass is comfortable

The toilet seat was unstable, the bedrooms were cramped (I suggest converting to one bed instead of cramming two bedrooms in a small space). The settee was uncomfortable (it dipped in the centre). There is no pavement outside the front door. I suggest more warning on the back of the door. The courtyard outside the back door is totally impractical. I missed the emergency exit.... Is there one?
