Location was good with a Morrison's Neighbourhood Store 1/4 mile distance.

2nd floor bedroom window had no curtain to draw back.

The only problem we had was the hoover didn’t pick up too well

North Denes was huge, very large living areas, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Brilliant for friends to get together. Very close to the beach and a Morrisons shop down the road. Great communication with owner/colleague. Shown around the house upon arrival. With milk in the fridge. Beds were quite comfortable with clean linen provided.

Two of the bathrooms had issues with their doors. One door was coming off the hinge and needed shaving at the bottom, extremely hard to open and close. One of my friends bruised her arm trying to open the door after a shower. The other door got stuck also, so you had to really twist the handle. The downstairs WC didn’t flush very well either. The kitchen had tall cupboards, and for a 5’2” person, I could not reach them without needing to stand on a chair, very high on the walls. It generally looked clean in places, however it could have been cleaner, ie: bathroom floors. Light switches could do with checking, as bottom stair light kept flickering. Lastly, which wasn’t the fault of the hosts, a very large residential home is being built next door so we were woken each day between 7 and 7:30am with noisy construction vehicles which was too pleasant. However I let the owner know of some of these issues, and was assured these would be dealt with for future stays.

Big enough for the whole family with good sized bathrooms and a good walk in shower. Enough room to park 3 cars

Close to the beach and city. Easily commutable to different beaches and leisure centres.

Mani and his wife met me and gave me a tour of the house. Its absolutely massive and all rooms are huge.this was a family yearly event and the house had everything we needed. Mani sent me a message during our stay to check everything was ok. this place is perfect for large groups. nice garden outside with a large bbq we never got to use. parking in the driveway was a bonus as its double yellow lines everywhere. we were out almost all the time we were there so never got the real benefit of this place. great value for money for large groups.

its a 20 minute walk to the main areas we wanted to visit and after being on our feet all day it was a painful walk back. Couldnt fault anything else.
