Сподобалися місцерозташування і розмір апартаментів, є 4 спальних місця, пральна машина, ми змогли випрати речі після довгої подорожі на шляху додому.

Власник не дав достатньо деталей щодо розташування паркувального місця на території комплексу. Один з в'їздів було закрито шлагбаумом, довелось кружляти і шукати інший в'їзд. Було б добре мати детальну карту чи малюнок проїзду до паркінгу. Код на вході в під'їзд ніяк не хотів працювати і відчиняти двері, нам відкрили інші мешканці будинку, тільки так вийшло потрапити вперше у під'їзд. Дуже незручний диван, одній дитині може ще якось вдасться на ньому поспати, але двом дорослим людям -ні. В помешканні немає кондиціонеру і навіть вентилятора. Тому добре було хоча б вентилятор мати, бо ми жили тут коли була жахлива спека вище 31 градуса і було дуже спекотно в помешканні. Абсолютно незручна ванна і душ. Неможливо нормально прийняти ні душ, ні ванну, жахливо вмонтована ванна не дасть вам це зробити як слід. Було б гарно хоча б повісити якусь шторку для душу. Помешкання знаходиться на 12 поверсі і я не раджу його родині з маленькими дітьми, бо балкон є небезпечним. В цілому, якщо потрібне житло на одну ніч і ви не плануєте їхати в місто, то це ще більш-менш варіант.
