"Einfache, fuktionelle, saubere Wohnung in einem sehr schönen toskanischen Ort. Sehr guter Service."

Alberto hat uns sogar einen privaten Parkplatz besorgt, da durch ein Festival alles im Ort belegt war. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber ganz nett eingerichtet. Mitten im Leben von diesem kleinen Ort und doch ruhig, wenn man sich zurück ziehen will. Am Ort gibt es alles, was gebraucht wird.

Eine Spülmaschine wäre ganz nett. Der historische Esstisch sollte etwas weniger wackeln und das Sofa könnte ausgetauscht werden. Die Zugangstreppe zum Eingang könnte für Gehbehinderte ein Problem werden. Aber alles Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Tolle Lage direkt im Ort . sehr nette Gastgeber .

Die abgebildete Sitzgelegenheit im Aussenbereich stellt die Terasse des Vermieters dar . Kann aber mit genutzt werden . Die Wohnung verfügt über keine eigene Terasse.

"Home away from home"

I spend a week in winter here and I felt at home immediately. The house is so cosy and comfortable and has a wonderful view. It has very good wifi which was important to me as I was working remote part-time. It is in centre of the village with coffee bar, panificcio and mini market around the corner. Alberto and his father were very welcoming and available, grazie!

Alberto offered us a free upgrade to his different accommodation (as well located in Montescudaio), so unfortunately I cannot review this one. But I can say that Alberto is a very friendly & professional host, always ready to help you with everything you might need. We had really nice time in his other property. Montescudaio is definitely worthy visiting if you prefer quiet places with wonderful historical atmosphere and incredible views to the countryside, sea is not too far away (10-15 minutes by car). And I really recommend lovely restaurant Osteria BardoVino, we had the best dinner there, it is definitely worthy! :)

"Coming home to a cozy house"

The house was so comfortable and cozy, with so much character. It really felt like coming home, and the view is stunning! We got the warmest welcome, and generally just really liked our stay!
