HRThe communication between the agency and us was terrible. I sent the lady two emails about picking up the keys, parking and when we are coming. I only got an ok answer to one, and she didn't deign to answer the other. We came to the center using the address she put on Booking San Miniata, at number 756... of course that house does not exist there, she did not put the number of the house on Booking!!!!! We tried to contact her, but the secretary answered and the address that she marked is where we came.We asked the locals for help, they tried to contact her, and when they searched for the Booking address, she took them to where we were and we couldn't find the house address. We lost 2 and a half hours looking for the object... only after 5 times that we called her already from the third different number did she deign to call... without an apology without any explanation... to tell us that we have to go to 100 and some number, I didn't remember, the woman got on our nerves so much... of course the building was on the other side of the place where she put the mark... almost 4-5 km to the other side... with team that she didn't know what we booked the accommodation through... or who we were, her excuse was I'm an agency and I have 30 accommodations... very bad business of the lady and how she treated us.
