Persoane dubioase anulează rezervarea și nu întorc banii fiți atenți!!!

The only good thing about this property is the location

My experience with this apartment was very disappointing. The entire place looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time. The front door didn’t lock from the inside, which made the stay feel unsafe. The bathroom did have a bathtub, but it was dirty and clearly not maintained. The kitchen was also unclean, making it difficult to feel comfortable using any of the appliances or surfaces. In the living room, one of the walls had visible dampness and mold, which is both unpleasant and a serious health concern. Overall, the condition of the apartment was far below expectations. I’ve attached photos that show the issues in more detail.

Lipsa totala a curateniei

Un personal lipsit de omenie ,in momentul când eram în drum spre acel apartament sa ce o fi fost el ,o cucoană mi-a trimis email cu mă mi sa anulat rezervarea care o avusem cu aproape 3 săptămâni înainte din cauză că se renovează nustiu ce și ca îmi înapoiază bani ,ai i-am supus cucoanei că nu-i corect ce mi se întâmplă ținând cont că aveam cu mine și doi copii unul de 1an jumate și unu de 5 , mi spus că sa vin că îmi oferă în altă parte dar mai întâisami anulez rezervarea ,zis și făcut ' ce credeți după ce am anulat nu a mai răspuns nimeni ,așa ceva nu recomand nimănui

L ' appartement étant indisponible nous avons été relogés dans un autre appartement beaucoup plus loin du palas mall et surtout dans un état d ' insalubrité très avancé.......Un véritable trou a rats...... 4ème étage sans ascenseur et dans le noir .....Un véritable sketch...... BOOKING devrait penser a faire quelques controles de temps en temps ...... Ajouter a cela du marteau piqueur jusqu'à 22h00 .....
