"Fantastic!"

Wow, it was fantastic! The house is old and beautiful, the host generous with food and wine! I‘m hiking on the e4, so i especially enjoyed the washing machine :) I‘m so glad, i could stay here! I recommend the villa totally!

"Villa needs remodelling or charge much less"

Secure parking

Cold showers were a shock in the morning! The bathroom was tiny. The bed was uncomfortably hard. The staircase up to the bedroom was bare metal & precarious in the night -only bathroom was downstairs. Not worth the price.

"Very spacious villa in the heart of Crete wine country"

The location was great, very easy to find and close to the city centre. Very spacious and well arranged villa, with a lot of tools and nice furniture. There was food for making breakfast and raki. The best part is the swing attached to the big walnut tree

The main "bedroom" is very noisy and squeaky, and if you are in the living room below it sounds a bit scary. There is a good selection of wines and other spirits, all priced. I understand and appreciate the offer, but there was no instructions whatsoever on the liberty or not to use and buy this.

Amazing house in a beautiful town. The courtyard is great to relax and sip complimentary wine and raki. the Host was super kind and provided full breakfast and many drinks

"A lovely oasis in the center of town."

Walnut Tree Villa is a beautifully restored traditional Greek home. The owner has provided every convenience but still has a traditional feel. We immediately felt at home here. The courtyard is a hidden gem. We loved relaxing there in our own private oasis only about two minutes walk from the main square. The owner was immediately responsive to every need. Highly recommended.
