L'alloggio è perfetto, non manca nulla. Anche se abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte sarebbe stato sicuramente ottimo per passare un'intera vacanza.

Se devo proprio cercare un difetto l'ho trovato nei rumori mattutinia sinceramente la cosa è superabile

Appartamento grazioso nel centro storico . Si riposa bene . Buona soluzione per soggiorni brevi. Il soggiorno cucina ampio e funzionale

Qualche problema con lo scarico del bagno . Sostituirei la vasca con la doccia. Il parcheggio a pagamento di giorno e distante almeno 250 metri se lo trovi è da considerare

Buona struttura, centralissima (in zona ZTL) e dotata di tutti i principali servizi.

Anonymous check in with a private person, that guide you from a distance (through Whatsapp messages) to a door of a house, where a key box hangs and you have to type in a code to get the key, and to whom - if you want an invoice (which never came)- you have to give your private data. A bad practice for the livability of the inner city, all those people renting out their properties to tourists (and a bad practice regarding privacy protection). Too bad Booking has that category on their platform too. The apartment is as anonymous as the checkin procedure. To enter you have to go up two flights of steep stairs first. Furnishing old-fashioned, toilet and shower of bygone days.

First of all, there was no internet, I notified immediately, but the host didn't know why that was happening. I was not provided with an internet code and when checking out, I complained for a second time. The reply was that I was supposed to enter a code in order to connect to the internet (a code that was not given to me). There was no access code at the place either. Secondly, the first night wasn't the best. The room was freezing, the heating was off until the morning. Another thing is that there was a coffee machine, but there weren't any capsules for it. The host promised he would give me some and apologized for the lack of capsules. I didn't receive any. Also, there weren't any instructions for the use of the kitchen appliances. I was supposed to figure it out on my own. I received the instructions for the check-in after I ASKED for them (which is not professional). I could say the same thing about the breakfast-only after I ASKED if there was any included in the reservation, they gave me a voucher only for a single breakfast. The second day was even worse-the coffee nearby (used for breakfast) was closed. After all, the communication wasn't very easy and the answers weren't worth the wait either. Of course, when it was pay time I haven't received a mеssage that fast in my whole life. Finally, I would like to say that I really enjoy being in Italy-love the culture and the hospitality of the citizens, but I didn't experience any of this here. The price was not worth it at all.
