Dinu Lanka Resort

Warm friendly staff. Picked us up from the airport despite it being very late. Stayed here our first night in Sri Lanka and set the tone for the hospitality and friendliness we experienced the remainder of our holiday. Cooked a delicious breakfast

Bathroom door didn’t close

Dinu is a very kind and welcoming lady and arranged for a pick up for us from the Airport. She served us whole heartedly .

The resort is not walking distance to the Miracle dome . The wifi could not be used in the room.

We stayed at Dinu Lanka Resort for our final night in Sri Lanka and it was a wonderful way to end our trip. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. We were greeted with fresh lime juice and a selection of traditional Sri Lankan sweets and snacks, which was a really thoughtful touch after a long day of travelling. The hospitality from the owners was exceptional. They took the time to sit with us and share stories about their lives, which made the stay feel very personal and memorable. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. The room itself was comfortable and a great place to relax before our early morning flight the next day. The property has a calm and friendly atmosphere which made it easy to unwind after a busy trip around the country. Overall we really enjoyed our short stay. The warmth and kindness of the hosts made it a memorable experience and a perfect final stop before leaving Sri Lanka.

Very tasty breakfast and helpfull hosts.

The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. She allowed us to have a very late check out for a minimal extra fee. Otherwise we would have been in an uncomfortable airport most of the day since our flight left at 10:30 at night. We were also able to book transportation to the airport from the hotel. We liked that this place was close to the airport. The room was very comfortable with air conditioning and a fan.

The property is quite peaceful with a lovely garden containing many trees and beautiful orchids. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the host is very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.
