The pool area and the building itself look nice. It’s also convenient that you can borrow bicycles.

My boyfriend and I travelled in Vietnam for 3 weeks and this was unfortunately our worst hotel experience. There was a large pool of water in the bathroom near the toilet when we arrived (and for our entire stay of 3 nights), but the worst part was that the air conditioner was leaking. It was quite a lot of water and made our things wet. We told the staff as soon as we discovered it and they spent a long time in our room trying to fix it. They told us that it had happened before, but this time their usual fix didn’t help so they said they would wait until the day after to fix it. As we didn’t want to spend the night listening to the sound of dripping and with a floor covered in water, we asked for another room, but they told us they were fully booked. We wanted to find another hotel, but they proposed to try to fix it again which took even more time, and when they finished they told us everything was working. We were relieved, but soon discovered that the dripping continued. By this time, it was late in the evening – too late to find another hotel. Instead, we were given a bunch of towels and spent the night listening to the dripping water. Surprisingly, they didn’t do anything during our stay to compensate for this major inconvenience, but they did finally fix the A/C on the second day. They agreed to give us a discount when we checked out and we were given 100 000 dong in cash (less than 4 dollars), barely 10% of what we paid for the night. When we commented that it was too little, they gave us another 50 000, saying it was all they could give us. So all in all, the hotel was not worth our money and we would not come here again. It seems like the building has some issues with the drains and the service is definitely not as good and friendly here as other hotels we have visited in Vietnam.

Un très bel hôtel, l’accueil était parfait même en pleine nuit. Nous avons pu profiter d’une très belle piscine. Le restaurant le soir est très sympa.

Le fait d’avoir eu une chambre en dehors du bâtiment principal.

Small problem with the drainage in the bathroom

El hotel es hermoso. La habitación amplia y cómoda. Pero lo más lindo fue la pileta y su alrededor lleno de plantas, rocas y cascadas. Utilizamos el servicio de Laundry por 50 vnd el kilo, tuvimos lista la ropa al mismo día. Por un costo adicional pudimos hacer late check out lo cual es una gran comodidad. El hotel tiene restaurante pero además hay otros restaurantes a 400 metros. El centro de tam coc es a 2 km, nos manejamos en grab ya que hacia mucho calor para caminar. Volvería siempre.
