I don't think you should add on extra for use of the sun terrace, this should be included in the price of booking

A hidden gem in just 10 minutes from the city center !! The apartment was impeccable! It had everything one would need - whether for a 1 night stay - or as a base to travel around Puglia.! The communication with the owners was outstanding from before arriving - even until after we left.! There are no words to describe how helpful- polite Karmen was.! Thank u 🙏 for making our stay so easy !! When back in Brindisi - this is where we will stay!

The apartment is beautiful. We loved the upstairs terrace too. The kids and big kids loved the fusball table! Karmen organised an airport transfer for us and met us at the property when we arrived . She even booked us dinner in a great restaurant as we were arriving late. Karmen went above and beyond helping us plan our itinerary for the week and recommending places to visit and eat. We went to Alberobello, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare, Lecce and Monopoli. They were all amazing. Train station is 12 minutes walk away. Brindisi is quiet which was lovely after the sightseeing daily . The apartment is right next to the harbour with beautiful views and lovely for drinks and refreshments.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning terrace. Parking also available at the apartment which was a bonus. Karmen went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, would highly recommend, we will definitely be booking again.

**The Best Place to Stay in Brindisi** From the moment we arrived in Brindisi, we were warmly welcomed by Karmen, an incredibly kind and thoughtful host. She had prepared lovely surprises for us and our daughters, which we truly appreciated and enjoyed. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable—especially the beds and pillows. It's spacious, filled with natural light, and perfectly located on a quiet street right in the city center. The three air conditioning units kept the apartment cool and comfortable, even during the hottest days and nights. Karmen paid great attention to every detail. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—tea, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt, even ice cream cups! She also provided a hairdryer, iron, and even a beach umbrella, which was a thoughtful touch. Beyond being a great host, Karmen also acted as our local guide. She gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants, bars, and beaches. One day, I asked her where we could find a good lasagna. She explained that lasagna is typically only made on Sundays, but then went out of her way to call a restaurant and request that they prepare it especially for us. She even made a reservation for our family. It was such a thoughtful gesture—and the lasagna was absolutely delicious! We loved the restaurant she recommended. Karmen truly made our stay in Brindisi a wonderful experience. Keep up the amazing work, Karmen—you are truly exceptional!

A szállás a történelmi belváros egyik csendes utcájában van, közel a sétálóutcához, saját, biztonságos parkolóval. A házigazda kedves, segítőkész, nagyon barátságos. Tökéletes a szállás, hibátlan. Tágas, tiszta, modern és ízléses az egész lakás. Két külön halórész van, mindegyik tágas, kényelmes ágyakkal. Behűtött italokkal, borral, gyümölccsel vártak minket. A konyha mindennel felszerelt. A teraszon is mindig találsz árnyékos helyet egy kávéra vagy egy pohár borra kiülve. Tudtunk mosni, ami több hetes motoros túránál nagy előny. Mindenkinek ajánlom, bármeddig tartózkodik a városban. Köszönjük!

Cleanliness and convenience

This apartment has a long balcony. It was end April when we visited, loved the idea of sitting outside in the sun for a while. The apartment has just been renovated. All is clean and new. The kitchen is very well equipped even with some tea bags, coffee, sugar. Great! In a quiet neighbourhood, 5 min walking from the boulevard at the sea. Host Karmen texted us some tips and walking routes, loved them.
