Panorama mozzafiato, posizione strategica in un contesto residenziale tranquillo. Comodissimo il parcheggio coperto vicino all'abitazione.

Piccolo suggerimento: sarebbe utile dotare l'appartamento di un'aspirapolvere. Migliorare la copertura wi-fi e segnale TV.

Air conditioning in the sleeping rooms, washing machine and dishwasher, ovens and functional kitchen. Sea view, quiet neighbourhood

The balcony door wasn't closing at all, the key wasn't working. We felt a bit unsafe, I had to close the curtains and lock them before leaving the apartment. The shower had too little pressure, and it wasn't a great pleasure to take a shower. The ground floor gets too warm, maybe due to the not closing balcony door.

La posizione è ottima molto vicina alla Pelosa e alle spiagge limitrofe, situato in una zona residenziale molto tranquila. Il panorama è veramente molto bello. Molto apprezzata l'aria condizionata al piano superiore viste le alte temperature durante il nostro soggiorno e la stanza matrimoniale che dispone di una cabina armadio oltre che dell'ampia terrazza panoramica.

La pulizia generale non era delle migliori e andrebbe curato di più il giardino soprattutto tavolo sedie e stendino molto usurati. Il bagno principale è abbastanza piccolo per 4 persone nelle foto sembra molto più grande comunque funzionale! Impianto elettrico da rivedere alcune prese di corrente escono fuori dalle pareti. Con qualche accortezza in più l'appartamento può risultare molto più accogliente!

"It’s the best place what you can find in Sardinia"

The accomodation has an amazingly beutiful view of the beach. We loved to stay the house, enjoy a morning tea and coffee The kids had planty of spaces to play. We felt home immediatly🥰 We have been many places in Europe, but i never find the appartment with everything what we need. The kitchen was absolutly full with all the stuff what you ever need (like cool bag, icecream maker). There was sun umbrella, kids sand toys… absolutly everthing what you can’t bring with yourself if you have limited packages. We loved being stay close to all the lovely beaches and little far from city center. That absolutly quit and a relax place. I’m sure we come again🏖
