GBThe house is absolutely amazing! So spacious and modern like a home from home. Spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. Location is in a great spot with a park over the road and only about a 15 mins walk to the centre. Owner great to deal with, very helpful and easy to contact. Fantastic 10/10 we'll definitely be back.

GBGood location, lovely house, felt very homely. Nicely furnished, filled with the essentials. The owner was easy to communicate with. 12 min. walk away from the centre. Wholly enjoyed it.
The welcome pack is great and uses a qr code which has everything you will need and gives a full breakdown of the house alongside the Wi-Fi password. I think there should be another welcome pack in the hallway as we overlooked it on the bookshelf in the living room as there are other objects on there so it blended into the furnishings.

GBThe property was beautifully furnished and the layout and amenities were so well thought of. The addition of the pool table/table tennis was amazing, such a brilliant idea that kept us all entertained over our stay. The location was great and it was super clean. The host was very accommodating and considerate of our stay.

GBGreat location within walking distance of York's main attractions, off-street parking for 2 cars (just!) very useful. Gaming/Dining table was great and easy to set up. Indian restaurant just across the road for a convenient and tasty take-out.
There was a boiler issue at one point when the weather outside was extremely cold, however the host was responsive and fixed the problem very quickly.
