The location is great - it is on a very quiet street while being a short walk to town. There is a free parking lot close by making it easy if you rent a car. The house is very clean and modern, and it has a really nice cosy patio. The host management company is very professional - preparing for check in, periodically checking if all is well, while answering messages generally within minutes. Truly a 100% class act.

Très bien situé à distance de marche de la vieille ville et des attraits touristiques. La propriété était propre, la cuisine bien équipée, les lits confortables. Fournir un sofa ou des fauteuils dans la section salon serait préférable à un lit simple avec des coussins pour ceux qui n’ont pas besoin de ce lit supplémentaire.

Les meubles extérieurs n’avaient pas de coussins. Il y avait un lit simple avec des coussins dans le salon au lieu d’un divan.

Maison spacieuse et confortable pour 6 pers. Extérieur agréable pour prendre le petit-déjeuner et profiter du soleil enfin de journée au retour des randonnées. Bien située proche du centre-ville pour tout faire à pied mais sans les inconvénients.

Location and space

The property is in an excellent location and walking distance to the center of Pinta Delgada. The house was very clean. However we were there for 4 days. I mentioned to the property management company y that the coffee machine was broken. He said he would replace the coffee machine right away. Next day still no coffee machine and no communication so I checked back and they said they were looking for the receipt to exchange the machine. I told them at that point not to bother because it was now day 3 and we were checking out the next morning. Communication or updates would have been nice . Parking is horrible and nerve wracking on the street so if you rented a car save yourself the stress and park at a P - Parking area or a bigger street. Otherwise from those 2 things the places itself is very nice and spacious and clean.

- AC is missing. Instead, fans are provided. - The sofa in the living room could be more comfortable

Spacious and large rooms. Self-check-in. Good location. There is 10 min walk nearby free parking.

Very uncomfortable sofa in the leaving room. Outside area (backyard) not well maintained. There is no washing and dishwasher machines. For the self-check-in, the keys pickup location is 1km away.
