"DON’T BOOK, IT’S A SCAM"

The host 2 hours before the check-in asked me if i can cancel the reservation because there were a problem with the room. I said i couldn’t, then she told me “the apartment is ready”. We went to the place but we couldn’t find the entrance, so she said she will be there in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes she arrived telling us the room wasn’t ready yet. We waited for 30 minutes, then we entered the room and she asked us if we can cancel the reservation on booking and pay with cash. I said no, and we called booking to receive support and cancel this SCAM reservation. Please don’t book this place.
