Réactivité du propriétaire, proche de la gare et d'un konbini, quelques choix de restaurants à proximité (recommendation: Tarô !), lave-linge et grand frigo.

Appartement viellot et défraichi (comme l'immeuble d'ailleurs), propreté SDB pas impeccable, matelas mou, mais surtout trop cher

역에서 5분정도 거리 밖에 안되는 역세권에다가 바로 앞에 로손,세븐일레븐,코인세탁방까지 없는게 없습니다. 집도 청결하고 냄새도 안나고 에어컨도 곰팡이 냄새없이 빵빵하게 시원~하게 잘 나옵니다. 바로 앞 역에서 매일 370엔으로 후쿠오카 도심지가서 놀았습니다. 후쿠오카 여행오시는분들에게 강력 추천합니다. 너무너무 잘 이용했습니다! 착한가격,좋은시설,역세권! 이만한 곳 찾기 힘들어요!!
