Location was spectacular. Shower had wonderful pressure and hot water. Very comfortable bed. Great view from room that provided it!

Paying a $30 deposit for a plastic chair to have a chair in your room is ridiculous. What were we going to do? Put it our luggage and steal it? EEVERY HOTEL ROOM SHOULD HAVE A CHAIR PROVIDED!

The location

The property advertised free toiletries but then informed us to go to reception and pay for them. The facility had laundry service in our room and on the lobby check in floor but we were not allowed to use them and instructed to walk 15minutes to a laundromat. We had our room cleaned once throughout our stay and when arriving back to our room we had no toilet paper or bathroom essentials eg. towels and bathmats.

ナンポドンの街中で立地はいいです。広くて清潔でした。スタッフの方も大変親切でした。

部屋によって充電ができたりできなかったりしました。掃除は連絡しないとしてくれないです。タオル交換、ゴミ箱交換は朝玄関の外に置かないとしてくれないので知らないと困ります。

The room was absolutely beautiful! The location was so great as well. Right near the night market as well as tons of shopping and a davich eye wear right off the corner.
