الموظفين رائعين حراس الامن مؤدبين والاستقبال راقين جدا

Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent hotel reservation. When I booked the hotel through your platform, the listing clearly showed that breakfast was included in the price. Based on that information, I proceeded with the booking and paid the full amount. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that the restaurant is closed and that breakfast would not be provided. This is completely unacceptable, as I paid for a service that was advertised and confirmed at the time of booking. I kindly request that you review this issue and provide an appropriate resolution, whether through compensation or a refund for the breakfast portion of the booking. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.

Nothing — this is the worst hotel I have ever visited

The level of cleanliness and hygiene at the hotel is completely unacceptable. The furniture, towels, carpets, and curtains were all in very poor and unclean condition, making the stay highly uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Due to these conditions, I had to make alternative arrangements and book another hotel. I would not recommend this property, and I hope the management takes immediate action to address these serious issues.
