Location and Cleanness

Double room abit small.

Very clean, new and modern, lovely shower with great hot water. Good facilities with fridge and bottled water. Staff ordered us a taxi at 5am which was super helpful.

The bed was very hard (we’ve been travelling for 5 months in Asia so are happy with a hard bed but this was another level haha!). A mattress topper would be good 😊

THe hotel was clean and the room was great. The staff were accommodating. Really enjoyed staying there.

The bed was hard but we asked for a mattress topper and they supplied it immediatly. It was still a bit too hard for us but they were quick to respond. This was the only thing that could have been better.

Hotel was very clean my only criticism is that there is no mattress as we know it it is a very thin pad so we woke up in the morning with a very sore back

The highest quality stay (by far!) that I've had after over 2 months of travel in southeast Asia! The owner and staff were wonderfully accommodating immediately upon arrival, allowing me to check in a tad early when I arrived by bicycle. The room I was given was stunning, beautifully decorated and pristinely cleaned. The place feels brand new! The location couldn't be better. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. 10/10 worth a stay if you're in Dien Bien Phu!

Literally nothing negative to say!

Wow - a new and modern building in the very middle of Dien Bien Phu! We had a spacious room in the 6th floor with a fantastic view over the city. Highly recommend!

Great,new,modern hotel near to the centre,arranged scooter rental for me,lots of small cafes near by

Beds very hard

New, exceptionally clean and helpful staff though all communication was via Google translate

Bed was rather hard but apparently Asian people like hard beds! It was fine but might be nice to offer a topper?

Amazing bathroom and shower. Smart TV with Netflix! Good hairdryer. Free water. Generally very modern and clean. Friendly staff! Called us a taxi and upgraded the room when no double rooms were available.

Very hard bed, even by Asian standards! But pillows were good. Cleaner walked in about 9.30am when checkout was 12 (we were still in bed!) No big issues - overall great stay!
