"Bad experience overall"

The rooms were actually ok.

But there was no hot water at all, and cold water had very little pressure. There was no wi-fi. We had to ask for it and eventually they made it work. The air conditioner stopped working, but when it worked it could not be controlled. The staff did not care at all.
