Just the noise of the bathroom Extractor was very loud for a long while after getting into bed after using light in bathroom And the drainage of water in bathroom the floor always seemed to be wet for even a full day after a shower ended up using towels to mop it up

No staff around. Bathroom set up not great. Drainage in shower poor and as wet room means feet soaked using toilet for hours after shower despite using squeegee supplied.
GBFantastic location 10mins from Filey and 15 from Scarborough lodge was fantastic and very clean.
My only issue was the noise on a night from the hot tub I assumed it was on a timer. The second night I switched it off which was a lot better
GBProperty was lovely and location is great with us been local,
one down side was the hot tub was emptied at 8am on our last morning when check out isn’t till 10am. My little girl wanted to go in the hot tub but was unable to as it was being emptied, found this a bit intrusive on our stay as we was laid in bed with door open when the person came to work on hot tub.
GBThe lodges were fantastic. Well constructed, well placed, well kitted out. Better than anticipated! Hot tubs are a nice touch. Great location for the whole site, with good amenities. Friendly staff. Certainly great value for money. Thank you.
Slightly let down by the swimming pool which was generally quite dirty in the changing and shower areas. And, annoyingly, had no baby change table/room (meaning we had to change on the floor), and no benches/seats. But- the pool itself was good!
