"Great house in a bad area."

I liked the space, the cleanliness and the quietness.

There is a need for a door mat, proper house keeping. The sheets were dirty and needed clean bed linen. There were clothes in the dryer that needed to be sorted out. The place had a lot of spiders, and other bugs. There is a need for Terminix. The location is not safe or clean.
