Sunset Retreat at Bay Point

Frankly, the location is amazing. The view is spectacular, especially at sunset time. Whilst still very close to the V&A and other sights in Capetown. I must be totally honest, upon arrival and the fact that the appartment is straight above a petrol station, made me slightly hesitant. But those concerns were very quickly erased upon living in this appartment for 5 nights, it's very quiet, fantastic location, very well equipped. We would happily come back.

Being straight above a petrol station isn't great but as explained above, its really not an issue.

We really enjoyed our stay — the accommodation was comfortable and well-equipped, and the host was very thoughtful, always available and super accommodating.

Outside parking felt a bit unsafe but we parked just next to the Shell sevice ststion without any problem.Stairs a bit problematic for elderly persons.

The location is absolutely perfect with magnificent views and right on the promenade. Perfect for a couple. The apartment was impeccably clean and Alex was quick to answer all communications.

The views were amazing as was the sunset. Location and the his were excellent. A few extra amenities would have been great such as toilet paper, paper towel, coffee. There was not enough for our stay. Extra towels also if you are staying more than a few days!

Only that there is no elevator. Challenging only for luggage.
