* The room was sufficiently large and ventilated * The washroom too was quite big * The caretaker was courteous and helpful * The property is kept quite clean * The AC worked quite well

* Too far from places of tourist interest * Buses are few and far between. Very few go directly to places of tourist interest. * Both the major railway stations and the airport are far away. Enough for auto & cab drivers to claim exorbitant fares.

We booked a lake view room but we were given a different room. But the room and its facilities were excellent.

That the room was fair size and the AC and other minimal offerings were in place made up for the awkward room access, only 1 person to mend the Reception, HouseKeeping and everything else... was below expectations for the price paid. Would suit more to relatives of patients admitted across the road in one of the largest hospitals of Bhopal..would be good for them. The young owner did greet professionally was the good part

There was no body for a good 20 minutes since waiting at reception desk for check in...No breakfast or tea arrangements. .No parking allowed and quite a bit far from city centre...expected rooms to be Lake Facing as their photos offer but the disappointment is that ONLY 2 rooms of the 7 they offer are lake facing so please ensure if at all u are planning to stay here
