離清水寺近。

附近沒有商店，要吃、喝、逛街都需要走一段路。

离清水寺，建仁寺，京都博物馆距离最合适的一家，靠着六波罗蜜寺和称作南花见小路的宫川町，住在这里可以轻松游完整个祗园南和八坂神社知恩院

入住率很高，设施有点松动，但可能只是为了防客人弄坏故意做松的

Basement unit - the wall could use a new coat of paint. A lot of scratches which made the unit seem old or not clean.

the property is really small. we booked the standard room but they tried putting us into the basement (essentially in front of the main door, by the staff’s counter). the rooms are way smaller than they appear, with no room for luggage whatsoever nor a rack for clothes. we bolted out of there (at least they accepted the free cancellation)

Purtroppo in quattro notti non hanno mai rifatto la stanza e neanche cambiato gli asciugamani.

Love the friendly & very helpful staffs during our 4-day stay! The room is so clean too, and no weird smell.
