Probably one of the best-looking places of our trip in Mexico. It looked absolutely stunning. Everything was in perfect condition and the cleaning was spotless. The place gave us so much comfort, it felt like a little oasis of rest. The small pool was amazing to swim in during the evening. Communication with Elva and Nico was really smooth. They gave us lots of good advice and helped us with everything we needed. I do recommend booking the penthouse, it's definitely worth the experience. Truly a magical place.

The apartment is a great position in the center of Tulum in a modern headquarter. Is new, little and perfect for stay in couple. Nicolas was so gentle and available for any questions or problem. I think that was one of the best apartment that I stayed also for our style and design. Absolutely I will book again in the change that I will back in Tulum.

First off, Danny the owner and Nico at the front desk, were extremely accommodating with advising me on how to get around and things to do. I liked the ultra modern urban feel the place had. It was just the right size and I very much enjoyed the deck and plunge pool. The neighborhood is very safe and probably the best in Tulum with many restaurants and cafes to choose from. There's a beautiful park nearby as well. Mex to Go bike and scooter rental is right behind the building and Ashley, or Alena will take very good care of you. I don't think I could have picked a place!

We stayed in the Deluxe Studio room for 4 days (I wish to stay more) with a private pool and everything in room was pretty new. We did nit use but Kitchen was full of equipments and all were new! The decoration of the studio was outstanding and bohemian modern style which you feel the luxury and serenity together in the comfortable living area and amazing sea wind balcony with a private pool which was another best part if the room! The pool was also a jacuzzi and light in the evenings! The location of the building is in a very new and decent neighborhood which most probably become very famous and trendy walking parks and spas ,quality restaurants and coffee shops around! Just across the building there is 7 Eleven,just in the corner there is an amazing breakfast and coffee shop with delicious croissants! The beach clubs are not far by car /taxi/bike all convenient and close to all attractions in a very quite,safe area. Last but not the least. Hotel Property host Nico is very welcoming ,nice,kind and he helped a lot in all of our asks promptly! He has provided all necessary information and was always there when ever we need his support! He was the best host ever I met in hotels or any apartment before. It was pleasure to stay there and we’ll definetly book the same room again! I cannot recommend more!

The concept. Plenty of natural light and in a good location in the centre of Aldea Zama. Very easy access to shops. Two good televisions with Netflix included. Staff were friendly and was very good to offer us a discount due to the room not having the view that was advertised.

The execution. For example, I would say that the pool area is unsafe. The water was not chlorinated so the pool had much floating organic debris. Also there is a lack of any barrier to prevent accidentally falling over the low-walled balcony. Certainly not suitable for families with children. The building vibrated during much of the night due to motors, pumps, etc, but we eventually got to the bottom of most of the causes (towards the end of our stay!). The fridge was a little too noisy given it was in the same room as the master bed so needed to be turned off at night which wasn't ideal.

The location was close to where I needed to be. And I wanted a fully equipped home to stay in for the time I was in Tulum. The staff was very helpful and always responded very quickly.

The kitchen was not fully equipped didn’t even have a dish rack or chopping board. Very minimal .. so it doesn’t have a full apartment feel. Didn’t have a washing machine or an iron. We arrived the microwave didn’t work then the next day the stove top had stopped working.. which was pretty annoying as we purchased groceries that we later threw out. Aluminum cookware that burnt what we made the first night and are not suitable for an electric stove. Hot water wasn’t available all the time and the bathroom filled up with water when we used the shower. There was a loud pump sound that we could hear most of the day and neighbours who wore heels all day and all night long above us. I also didn’t like the fact that there was no windows in the bathroom or the bedroom to vent the room. Internet connection was poor too. It was definitely overpriced.
