We didn't like anything

The apartment was full of mold an it smells of damp the shower was freezing i asked for my money back an they said it will take 10 days my son has asthma an mold an damp wasn't good for him they wouldn't give us the money straight back so we could find somewhere else we travelled hours from Liverpool

The Location was perfect for my work event

The property is damp ,smells and is not worthy to be on Booking.com. The shower did not work for the two days I was there. I reported this to the owner but nothing was fixed. I was offered one nights refund if i left that evening but after 12 hours at work where else could i go. I was asked for a £300 damage deposit which i will be surprised if i ever get back. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

Flat was well furnished and location was near docks & town centre.

Property had significant damp issue, with multiple areas of mould growing and bad odour. Building and plot in general is fairly run down.

It was damp and smelled of damp, numerous dehumidifiers around with trailing cables the ‘terrace ‘ was a cranked concrete passageway filled with litter and weeds. I fell in a hole in the concrete just below a step. Really banged my knee and hands , felt quite shaken up. Toiletries ! Small amount of handwashing in a bottle, squirted out something grey . Kitchen when making a drink found 1 teaspoon Toilet seat broken Bed had what looked like a bandage tying the frame under the mattress from one side to the other Under bed drawer filled with screwed up laundry , dirty ? We were asked for £300 damage deposit which I never would have paid if I’d seen the place first, don’t know how they had the nerve and I am not confident we’ll get it back

Perfect location, clean comfortable and well equipped.

My booking was not included breakfast.

Only there was little issue with the showroom but it was manageable.
