I was waiting a while at the street door after call to host, bot nobody let me in .Fortunately there came other inhabitants, so I get in. The bathroom is small.

A super spacious & nice 1 bdr place in a very decent location close to downtown. Pretty clean. Great WiFi 🛜 and there's Netflix too :-) The room temperature was pretty good. Bed comfortable. Overall a very good place to stay.

Bookings should inform that they will use your credit card to secure the reservation and that the owner will send you an external link to make the actual payment. Given the numerous online scams it was pretty unnerving to have to figure out if this additional submission of credit card is legit or not. I'd recommend to state it clearly somewhere in the description. The host was kind to send some evidence - but it was in Italian and only stated you have to pay before arriving (which is what one thinks that it was done with Bookings initially). The host stated that the oven was not listed in the amenities BUT it's a pity it doesn't work. Also, not a big deal but there was no sugar, salt, pepper, oil or any tea begs (or coffee) available. If there's a kitchen it's nice to be able to make an omelette or a tea or something quick. Either way, if you plan to use the kitchen bring those BASIC things with you or as I did try to buy them. But a bit inconvenient AS THEY DON'T COST THAT MUCH and they're offered in places of this price range. The check in is automatic - handled remotely BUT you must have wifi with you. If not, it will be challenging - or just try to ask the nice staff at a nearby bookstore to help you.

Missing a small bin for the bathroom (for all the products we can't flush)

We only stayed 1 night, and overall, we liked the appartement. Very easy check in and check out. Flat was very nice and has everything we needed for our short stay. Also location is very good - very close to everything, including train station and stop for the shuttle to airport.

We came beg of October and it was very cold in the apartment which seems to be standard for Italy in autumn. Also we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. So, ear plugs might be a good idea for sensitive sleepers :) Bathroom was a bit small, but it was absolutely ok for us for 1 night.

Great place to stay in Bergamo, in walking distance from train and bus station, and nice representative street with cloth shops and restaurants. Apartment extra clean, although furniture and bathroom rather old. Excellent price to comfort ratio.

Great location five minutes from the station and bus terminus. Plenty of space in the apartment and well equipped with a a little balcony as well.

Property was basic but clean

Location wasn’t as central as I thought it would be. Hard to understand how to get into the property when arriving late at night. Bathroom was tiny and hard to move in it. Courtyard was run down. Overall I think it was expensive for what we got
