No towel bars in bathroom Stingy on coffee pods in room Torn sheets There were workers at 8:30am on Saturday morning pounding and repairing something close to my room and I asked for a quiet room

Location wasn’t far from the downtown area

Hair and dirt all over the bathroom and room. Refrigerator area was raggedy with parts falling off. There was a moldy smell in the lobby and elevators as well as in the room. Construction was going on so lots of noise debris outside and traffic on the elevators.
