Casa dos Azulejos

I really liked it, wish I could've stayed longer. The apartmemt was spacious enough and had almost everything I needed, including enough kitchen utensils to make breakfast and meals, a big fridge, oil, tea etc., a washing machine, hangers, extra blankets if needed etc. It was clean and well maintained. Safe neighbourhood too, apartment close to bus and metro. The host was nice and helpful.

A soap holder in the shower would be nice. Paper towels in the kitchen too. The air in the kitchen can get a little stuffy because there is no window. Maybe add a ventilator? But overall a very pleasant experience!

Excellent communication with the owner. Key pick up and in-person welcome was quick and easy. The location is good if you prefer to be away from crowds and in a more residential area. Access to public transport nearby, and the walk to downtown includes lots of unique buildings. Entirely as advertised, would stay again.

The building itself was fairly lively. We stayed on Friday/Saturday nights and unfortunately were subject to some very loud music from the neighbor during early morning hours, among other hard-to-ignore noisiness throughout the nights--obviously this is not the responsibility of our host! but it's something to consider if you're a visitor who desires "peace and quiet."

À notre arrivée, nous avons demandé à l’hôte les modalités de check-out. Elle nous a informés qu’il suffisait de laisser les clés sur la table et de sortir. En revanche, elle ne nous a pas précisé que la porte extérieure est fermée à clé le soir, alors qu’il s’agit d’une sortie de secours. Au moment de notre départ à 4h du matin, nous avons découvert cette situation et avons été obligés de déranger un voisin pour qu’il nous ouvre la porte de sortie, sans quoi nous aurions raté notre avion. Une très mauvaise expérience, sans oublier les coupures d’électricité qui a eu lieu durant les deux premiers jours de notre séjour.

O chão estava um bocadinho sujo e nas fotos parecia um espaço maior

Muy ruidoso , hasta la 6 de la mañana música de fiesta incluso una noche hasta las 8 de mañana ( o sea toda la noche música alta ) Las almohadas eran pésimas , bueno más bien eran cojines , si se quieren alojar 4 personas imposible Porque el sillón cama es pequeño . La limpieza no era suficiente . En fin no repetiríamos .

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr freundliche und engagierte Vermieterin, nachts ruhige Umgebung, Waschmaschine und auch sonst alles Nötige vorhanden,… Optimal und praktisch als kleines Basislager für Tagestouren.
