Roshan Ubud Villa

It was very clean and enjoyable. Both the villa and the staff were amazing, always there when you need them. Don't skip the morning breakfast, there are many options to choose from and all are very good and tasty. My sincere thanks to the Roshan Ubud Villa.

The location was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Also the Villa was outstanding was as good or even better than the pictures.

The breakfast was not ideal. This is not to takeaway anything else from the Villa, but would recommend going out to the city for breakfast.

Quite and simple

Exactly what you want from rustic Ubud stay. Great pool and rooms were great. Was quiet and relaxing. Highly quality breakfast in the villa.

Its a little bit away from the main part of Ubud, but that can be seen as a positive. Grab delivery very easy so didnt need to go anywhere.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming us warmly and showing us around the villa. The room is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you might need, including a safe, kettle, hairdryer, TV, fridge, and toiletries. Bottled water is even provided in the bathroom for brushing teeth. There is a large mirror and plenty of storage space. Housekeeping was excellent: the room was cleaned daily, towels and bed linen were changed regularly, and the pool was maintained. Breakfast offers many options, staff ask in advance what you would like and at what time, and always deliver it punctually. The portions are generous. The villa is about a 10-minute scooter ride from the center, which makes it very quiet at night. No city or traffic noise, only natural sounds. If frogs might bother you, the staff kindly warn you and provide earplugs. Thoughtful touches like turning on the lights and air conditioning, closing the curtains, and lighting a mosquito coil in the evening made the stay even more comfortable. The bed with a canopy is very comfortable, with a great mattress and pillows.

On the downside, the shower drain was clogged, so the water drained slowly, and the bathroom ventilation was quite noisy. On one occasion, the bed linen had a damp smell.

The villa is very beautiful and quiet, just a 15 minute drive into central Ubud but far enough out that it feels like a haven. The staff were all exceptional. Genuine, friendly and caring.

Sometimes the water would turn off but the staff were quick to turn it back on when asked.
