Lotus Haven Villa

Super zentrale Lage, aber da in einer kleinen Seitenstraße gelegen, ganz ruhig. Schöne, saubere Zimmer, kleiner Pool im Innenhof zum Abkühlen. Sehr freundliches Personal, das uns für Aktivitäten vor Ort sowie für die weitere Reiseplanung tatkräftig unterstützt hat. Vielen Dank!

Arthur no pudo ser mas encantador, igual que todo su personal. Se tomó tiempo para asesorarme sobre que visitar. También pude alquilar moto allí directamente lo cual fue muy cómodo. Respecto a la habitación todo perfecto, la cama enorme y comodisima. El día que fui a ver el amanecer a los templos despues volví al hotel y fue genial tener la piscina para refrescarme descansar un rato antes de volver a recorrer el parque. Súper recomendable la estancia en Lotus Haven Villa

La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de Pub Street y Night Market. Habitación cómoda, limpia. El personal super amable. Nos esperaron con una decoración hermosa por nuestra Luna de Miel. Nos ayudaron en todo. Recomiendo

Lo único para mejorar es la ducha, ya que moja todo el baño. Pero salvo este detalle, es un hotel que merece la pena.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 2-minute walk from the city center, Pub Street, restaurants, and the night markets. The host helped us get a clearer understanding of Siem Reap, the temples, and Cambodia by explaining everything we needed to know. He even arranged a driver and a French-speaking tour guide for our temple visit! The rooms are comfortable and very quiet. The bathroom is typical of Southeast Asia, with the shower and toilet in the same space, but that’s completely normal here. The bedding is comfortable, and the air conditioning works great. There’s also a lovely swimming pool—a perfect way to cool off after a full day of exploring. And if you’re up for a challenge, the host will even let you play PlayStation and FIFA with him (if you’re ready to lose!)

Some reviews mention noise from the hotel across the street, but it only happens on weekends and only until around 10 p.m. In reality, you can hear a bit of music when you’re at the bar, but inside the rooms you don’t hear anything at all. And to be honest, the music is actually quite pleasant when you’re enjoying a beer at the bar.

Lovely, very relaxed environment. Totally clean and Arthur and the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and fulfill your every need. Excellent location.

Everything was great

I only used the room for the bathroom facilities as I was staying with family in a Khmer style home so I can only say that the property (owner) was very accommodating and for a minimal charge was able to take care of my mobility issue by keeping me on the ground floor. The minimal interactions with the staff were very pleasant and very helpful as well!
