First of all, let me say that I felt more comfortable than at home. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with a smile and sincerity. Although I had reserved a single bed and a small room, a huge room and a double bed were allocated to me free of charge. My dirty clothes were washed carefully and given to me. No extra charge was taken for all my insistence. The owner of this hotel is an angelic family, they helped me a lot in every way. I now have a house and very good friends in Almaty. Thank you very much Mr. Gari and his wonderful family, I am grateful to you! The location of the hotel is quite nice, close to the airport and easy to reach the city center. There is a large shopping mall, restaurants, cafes, market, banks, barber, currency exchange office etc. nearby. I highly recommend it, you will be very pleased with your stay.

The hotel is very clean & always smells of roses It is located in a vibrant area where you have shops cafes restaurants & even pharmacies. The owner of the hotel mr. Garik texted me if i was ok because i checked in late. The hotel is a ran by a family & therefore you are served with unmatched quality. I am fortunate to stay & this hotel & meet this great family staff & recommend it to everyone. P.S try the burgers from the hotel restaurant it is to die for
