We had a very pleasant stay at this family-friendly hotel in Almaty. Although it is located a bit outside the city center, the distance is not an issue at all—especially if you are arriving early in the morning, as it is very convenient to reach quickly from the airport. The hotel itself is in a new building and everything was exceptionally clean, which we really appreciated. A special thanks goes to Garik from the staff, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even though we arrived at 4:00 AM, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made a big difference after a long journey. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and taxis to the city center are very affordable, so getting around is easy and convenient. As a bonus, we were upgraded to a nicer room, which was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a great family hotel offering excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.
