The room was larger than expected, and had all of the amenities that we needed. It was close to the metro and some good restaurants.

It was spacious, in a safe area, with all the necessarily amenities.

It was on the 5th floor and the sun was waking us up since 6am, but the curtains did a great job.

It is extremely clean and high maintained. Feels new. All facilities work as expected. It is convinent that you have an accessory inventory to fill with kitchen stuff, complimentary coffee capsules, mini Oatly packages (nice!). When we wanted an extra blanket, we had to ask by WhatsApp.

Note - it is all 100% self service. For better or for worst. When we asked for extra blanket, because of the service, it was brought only next day morning (we asked at 1am).

Location wasn’t that great though subway was within 10 min walk that made it a great value for money

Clean and well located. Was good value for money.

In our first room, the mattress was really worn out and we couldn’t get much sleep. The duvet was also way too warm for the summer. We complained via WhatsApp through which we got help and another room the next day, but it all took a while, responses were not immediate and I got a lot of automatic replies. Know it’s a staff free hotel, but would have appreciated talking to somebody directly in this situation. Access to the emergency staircase requires a code, even for exiting - made us feel unsafe.
