The Cleanliness because it's new.

Reception Staff and their hospitality behaviour. They will make it complicated for online booking if you don't raise your valid point. I booked a room for 1500 through booking.com and when I reached the hotel, they said I have to pay 2500 if I want AC otherwise it's non ac. But my booking was showing AC.
