Hotel Casa Piedad

El lugar es súper espacioso! La ubicación me parece muy buena y tranquila. La casa es preciosa y la alberca es de muy buen tamaño. Me encantaron las áreas comunes y la decoración en general del lugar. En comparación a otras opciones en las que me he quedado en Campeche, esta sin duda ha sido mi favorita. Olvidé un cargador en la cocina un día y la atención para recuperarlo fue buena.

Lo urgente: La regadera de mi habitación! Cuesta trabajo creer que en un hotel tan bonito tengan una regadera tan mala! el agua salía a presión por un único hilo lo cual es bastante molesto, por favor cámbienlas! El personal del hotel te comenta que hay un timbre con el que puedes solicitar ser atendido, sin embargo, se tardan bastante en ir a ver qué necesitas e incluso en ocasiones jamás llegaban. Por whatsapp la atención es bastante más rápida, aunque en ocasiones te contesta un bot. Esta situación sí te hace sentir un poco desatendido a diferencia de lugares donde 24/7 tienen personal en recepción. Hubo una noche donde otros huéspedes hicieron una fiesta y había mucho ruido que no nos dejaba dormir. Logré contactar al personal del hotel por whatsapp, ya que por medio del timbre fue imposible. Después de unos 30 minutos de haber dado aviso al fin hubo silencio. El aire acondicionado tiraba agua y hacía crujidos, no era tan molesto ni nos generó algún inconveniente, pero necesita ser reparado

Me encantó este alojamiento, en realidad sentí que estaba en mi casa, por la tranquilidad, la limpieza, el acceso y la ubicación, algo que me encantao es que es una casa colonial y eso aveces se confunde con la modernidad, la decoración es un 10 de 10, sin duda sera mi alojamiento cuando visite campeche, otra cosa que resaltar es la amabilidad de la administración quienes me ayudaron en todo momento hasta para recibir a mi visita!!!

Camera un pò piccola ma molto carina e curata, siamo stati una notte. L'appartamento è praticamente al centro, si fa tutto a piedi. Il personale gentilissimo siamo arrivati la sera tardi e non ci hanno fatto alcun problema.

Wat een prachtig hotelletje in een rustig deel van de stad. Je wandelt gemakkelijk het centrum van Campeche in maar in het wijkje rondom het hotel heb je ook al wat fijne eetgelegenheden. Het binnenplaatsje van het hotel, met het zwembadje, is een leuke plek om even te ontspannen en/of andere reizigers te ontmoeten. Fijn dat er een gezamenlijke keuken is waar je zelf wat kunt klaarmaken, de koelkast kunt gebruiken en/of koffie kunt zetten.

Onze kinderen hadden een ruime kamer met een groot bed, dat was heerlijk. Wij hadden de kamer, rechts-achterin de tuin, naast het zwembad. Deze kamer was beduidend kleiner en het bed voor 2 volwassenen wat krapper. Prima voor 2 nachtjes maar voor langere tijd zouden we een andere kamer lekkerder gevonden hebben. Het duurde lang voordat het water warm werd.

We loved our stay here and the self catering family apartment was perfect. The hotel is set up like a posh youth hostel with a shared kitchen area. In addition to this, there is a self catering apartment where we stayed. This was very large and arranged over two floors with a kitchen at ground level, two huge bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a small balcony. The kitchen had a large fridge/ freezer, hob, a good range of pans etc. and coffee machine. Filtered drinking water and ground coffee was provided too. The pool was very small but nice for a refreshing dip at the end of the day. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the old town. Parking was very easy to find in the street outside the hotel. There are a few restaurants and a nice pizza place nearby and small supermarket in walking distance. The larger supermarkets are about a 5 minute drive away. The hotel has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and we really enjoyed having the option to cook for ourselves.

The kitchen could have been a bit cleaner.
