the facilities are great. with water pump/water heater in all two bathrooms, it was really good for us. and air-cond in every rooms also help.

the sound of water pump every now and then quite annoying. and lamps in living room can be improvise

Low shower pressure, pungent toilet smell, water heater not working, circuit breaker trip, not able to use blanket as it is itchy after use
