Le Tre Meraviglie

The location. We took the ferry from Dubrovnik to Bari and just wanted somewhere to crash for a night before continuing on the next day. The bed was fine and the air conditioner worked very well.

The accommodation was quite challenging to find, the 2 flights of extremely narrow, extremely high stairs with two heavy suitcases in the heat was awful, made worse by the lights on a timer that went off half way up the stairs, and the extremely low ceiling in the staircase made us hit our heads. When we finally got to the room, all we wanted was a shower and food. There was no water and we were told by the host it was an outage in the city, however all other residences and shops had water (we asked around when we got food). The pillows were flat and very uncomfortable. The next morning, the water did return, however no form of soap was supplied (not even hand soap at the sink!) and the shower was one of the most awful showers I have ever taken. A new shower head and a big clean to get rid of the mould and marks around the shower would go a long way. We felt dirtier after the shower. the accomodation was fine for a 12 hour stopover due to its location, but I wouldn’t stay here longer than that.

Alloggio in pieno centro storico con possibilità di parcheggio pubblico a poca distanza a piedi

Difficoltà a trovare l'alloggio incuneato tra i vicoli e i cortli del centro storico. Rumore notturno per la posizione a piano terra all' interno di un cortile dove i residenti rimangono fuori a chiacchierare fino a tardi ((oltre l 1 di notte). assenza di servizi minimi nel bagno quale del sapone per lavarsi le mani.

Propreté

Choix de ce logement car l'annonce mentionnait la présence de bagagerie, nous apprenons le jour du check-in de son inexistance, nous avons dû trouver une solution le jour du départ pour entreposer nos bagages. Présence d'une bouilloire mais aucune tasse ou verre, cafetière inexistante. Un tapis de bain en éponge serait préférable pour l'hygiène à un tapis en plastique qui n'est pas absorbant. Le prix n'est pas adapté aux prestations proposées. Discussion très compliquée avec le propriétaire.

Nei letti singoli c'era il piumino senza lenzuolo, direi poco igienico

L’unico vantaggio è la posizione che è situata in prossimità del centro storico di Bari vecchia.

Struttura che si trova in una posizione interna difficile da trovare, si presenta senza un check-in con una persona fisica. All’interno della struttura si nota la scarsa pulizia e organizzazione, assenza di ogni bene di prima necessità come del sapone per le mani e bagno doccia, è presente uno specchio in bagno e ne consiglio uno in camera da letto (ne vendono alcuni anche di pochi euri), e delle grucce per abiti, completamente inesistenti.
